There is a $75 fee for private, for-profit vendors who wish to reserve a booth space, payable at the time the reservation is made online. Requirements for all Market Booth vendors are:
$75 Entry Fee payable at time of formal registration; All sales proceeds at the event go directly to your business.
We strongly recommend making a discretionary "blessing" offering to benefit Christian Non-Profits and Missions associated with the festival, which are the reason this event exists. Should your sales go well, please consider; we thank you in advance for your generosity.
10 ft. x 10 ft. Tent must be provided by vendor. PLAIN, ALL-WHITE COVERS ONLY. No branding or logo can be on the tent covers; as it detracts from the European artisan style of the market.
Hang string lights around the interior of of your tent cover (electricity provided by Festival). Remember, about half of the event takes place after dark!
All tables, product displays, etc. must fit within and under the 10 ft. x 10ft. area of your tent.
Event organizers reserve the right to add additional decor attached to, or immediately outside of your tent area, such as garland, hanging greenery, giant candy canes, etc.
